RETURN POLICY

The Billionaire Boys Club, Inc by and through its website BillionaireBoysClub.com (BBC) understands sometimes your purchase isn't a perfect fit—so we're happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of purchase.

Please keep in mind, an original sales receipt or packing slip dated within 15 days of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges. You will need to return the item with a postmark of 15 days or less from date of purchase.  The original shipping information needs to be included so we can identify it on return. All Returns and Exchanges should be returned in new condition, not soiled and in the original packaging.   Please include all accessories that came with your item.

Returns and Exchanges must have the original sales receipt or packing slip to receive a refund and all refunds are based funds going back to the initial form of payment.   Returns with a gift receipt are offered a gift card or exchange.

Purchases can only be returned by mail to The Billionaire Boys Club, Inc, 5042 Wilshire Blvd,  Ste 26-176, Los Angeles, CA  90036.

The buyer must pay any Return Shipping Charges to the US Post Office or other manner of delivery back to The Billionaire Boys Club, Inc.

Original shipping charges (if any) are not refunded.  

 

Unfortunately, some items, including Sale, Discounted and Clearance items cannot be returned as well as other items marked ‘No Return’.

Personalized, customized and/or autographed items also cannot be returned.
